Directions to the studio: Follow I -65 (South from Nashville or North from Franklin) to the 74B –Old Hickory Blvd./Brentwood exit-West. At the second traffic light turn LEFT onto Brentwood Blvd. Turn RIGHT on to Juris Lane (2nd street on the RIGHT). This will dead-end into the Creekside Building.
Go through the front door to the building and pass through the atrium and walk straight out the back door. Pass by the picnic tables and turn LEFT at the centered landscaped circle. The entrance to the studio is in the back of the building immediately following the covered glass area. Absolute Pilates is located inside second door on the Right.
