Gretchen Johnson
Gretchen Johnson, certified Authentic Pilates instructor, has actualized her dreams.  Born in Nashville, Gretchen has always had a love for exercise and competitive sports.  She started gymnastics and moved to competitive cheerleading in high school.  After graduating from UT Knoxville, Gretchen ventured to New York City to study Pilates at The Pilates Studio of New York, the most famous Pilates school, following the teaching of Joseph Pilates, the founder of this exercise movement.  Gretchen devoted herself to hundreds of hours of school, private lessons, practice hours and testing to become a certified Authentic Pilates teacher.

Gretchen came back to her hometown to open Absolute Pilates in Brentwood, Tennessee.  Her love for this method of exercise keeps her motivated and her clients see the results in her classes and in their bodies. Gretchen recently added to her training by completing her Power Pilates Certification in January of 2007.

Codi Noga is a certified Power Pilates InstructorCodi Noga
Codi Noga first became involved in Pilates as an average working woman, looking for an effective way to strengthen and tone.  She quickly saw results in the way she looked and felt, and was hooked! Her enthusiasm for this fitness method soon led her to seek professional training. Codi is a certified Power Pilates Instructor. This intense certification process required countless hours, which Codi successfully completed while working full time in the field of social services.

Codi has worked in several local studios and gyms, and has been a sought after teacher for both private sessions and group classes. In the Spring of 2010, Codi decided to devote all of her work week to the teaching of Pilates. Codi is excited for the opportunity to take on more students, as the personal relationships she has developed have been highly rewarding. When she isn't teaching Pilates, Codi likes to read, travel, and enjoy her husband's gourmet meals!
